Thomas Chabot is the alternate captain for the Ottawa Senators, born in Canada. He was drafted in the first round by the Ottawa Senators in the 2015 draft. In, January of 2017, Chabot was named the most valuable player of the World Junior Championships. In the 2018-19 season Chabot finished with a remarkable 55 points in 70 games, the 10th-highest among NHL defensemen.
